Founded in 2011 by George Aladadyan and his oldest son Andre Aladadyan. Combined they have almost two decades of experiences in Real Estate and mortgages. They combined their knowledge and experince to create a family owned and operated Green Day Realty, Inc. George became the active broker and Andre ran the day-to-day managing of the business. In late 2011 George's youngest son, Artin, was brought in to assist his father. In early 2013 he became a licensed agent; which only seemed natural to him. Their goal is to provides the upmost professionalism and expertise accompanied by, a friendly family style and caring staff that is dedicated to making your Real Estate experience an easy and smooth journey.
They are a family and understand what it means to want a home, not just a house. They combine their efforts to give each client the best service; ulimately clients become family.

George has worked in real estate for more 10 years. He enjoys it more now because he has his two sons working along side him. They saw an opportunity to get together and work as a team. As the broker, he knows first hand what it feels to buy your first property, and to sell a home.
“In 1987 I took a big step and bought my first house. It was a huge investment and I had to make sure I was ready. Thankfully my Realtor, Anita, did all she could to help me the right decisions along the way. That same house I made my home I sold 12 years later, and used the same Realtor. She understood that this house is where I brought home two baby boys, had numerous cookouts, and spent many holidays with family and friends. Our home was where friends and family would come and spend weekends and weeks. She really helped find a new home, not just a new property.”
It is because of his experiences that George gives each client his full attention and dedication, guiding them through the entire process of purchasing a home. From helping clients getting approved for a loan, to evaluating properties with them, helping pick the right one. He understands what a big step it is to purchase a property, and how difficult it can be to turn that property into a home. It is because of this way of thinking and behavior that makes George who he is, clients coming back and business moving forward.
